HOW TO USE

- Daily Care: After cleansing and toning, generously mist over the face, eyes, neck, chest, and any other targeted areas. For optimal results, follow with Dr. 12 Firming Collagen Film.
- Cell Nutrient Infusion: Following cleansing, apply Dr. 12 Firming Collagen Mist, then use a skin booster device to enhance absorption. Leave on for 5–10 minutes, rinse with water, and proceed with your regular skincare routine.
- Acupoint Spray (Wrinkle Reduction & Contour Lifting): Apply to the forehead, upper and lower eyelids, apple cheeks, chin, and areas with visible blemishes. Focus on each delicate area to reinforce skin texture. Use 2–3 times per week on targeted zones to boost collagen activation and refine facial contours.
- Post-Treatment Care (21–28 Day Regimen): After procedures such as HIFU, RF (radiofrequency), or ultrasound treatments, apply Dr. 12 Firming Collagen Film for 10–15 minutes. This step deeply hydrates and stimulates collagen production for enhanced, long-lasting results.

Products purchased online may be returned in store within 7 calendar days of delivery. Returns are complimentary and must be made in the same region where the order was placed. Products must be returned unused, unaltered, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging, otherwise they will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

HOME EXCHANGE / RETURN

You may also request a home return within 7 calendar days of delivery. Returned products must be securely packaged in their original box and condition. Upon receipt, all products will be inspected to ensure they meet the return conditions before an exchange or refund is issued. Refunds will be made in the original form of payment and in the same currency as purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to products with manufacturing defects or that are not as described.
