- Smooth gently until absorbed.

All orders are dispatched from Hong Kong and securely packaged for delivery. Orders ship within 1–3 business days. Shipping fees are calculated depending on destination within Hong Kong, Macao, or China. Complimentary delivery is available for orders of HKD 1,000 or more for Hong Kong and Macao, and HKD 1,500 or more for China.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Orders ship within 3–6 business days depending on destination. A shipping fee applies to orders below HKD 6,800, calculated at checkout by weight and location. Complimentary delivery is available for orders of HKD 6,800 or more.

Pick-up in store is available within 1–3 business days and is always complimentary.

STORE EXCHANGE / RETURN

Products purchased online may be returned in store within 7 calendar days of delivery. Returns are complimentary and must be made in the same region where the order was placed. Products must be returned unused, unaltered, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging, otherwise they will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

HOME EXCHANGE / RETURN

You may also request a home return within 7 calendar days of delivery. Returned products must be securely packaged in their original box and condition. Upon receipt, all products will be inspected to ensure they meet the return conditions before an exchange or refund is issued. Refunds will be made in the original form of payment and in the same currency as purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to products with manufacturing defects or that are not as described.
